Job Description:

Under the direction of the Section Manager, Community Relations, or designee, the Community Relations Representative develops and maintains positive working relationships within an assigned territory. Essential functions include:

1. Acting as a liaison for Pace with passengers (including acting as a Transit Ambassador), communities, businesses, local elected officials, and community organizations to market Pace services and convey information on Pace initiatives
2. Assessing and implementing local outreach for promotion of Pace-related programs and services within an assigned geographic territory
3. Handling special projects, as necessary, writing reports, attending meetings, and making presentations
4. Coordinating, arranging, and conducting public hearings
5. Performing other duties as assigned
