Have you ever thought about starting your own business? If so this series of five seminars at the West Chicago Public Library will provide you with the basic steps and information needed to advance toward your goal.

Session 5 - Your Business Legal Structure

In this fifth and final seminar experienced SCORE mentors will present the various business legal structures available with the advantages and disadvantages of each. They will cover:

- S-Corp,
- C-Corp
- LLC
- Sole Proprietor and others

It is not necessary to have attended any of the previous sessions to gain valuable information from this session.
