• Unlimited primary care visits
• No copays
• Easy access to your provider
• Ideal for individuals, families, and small business employees

Thrive & Glo Membership – $250/month

• Skin tightening
• Fat freezing
• EMS sculpting
• Up to 3 sessions per week included

These memberships allow patients to receive consistent, high-quality care and wellness treatments without financial barriers.
