Description
This class will help you to become a confident, assertive communicator at work! Learn easy-to-implement techniques to help you to get your message across confidently and assertively without upsetting your customers or team. Develop verbal and non-verbal skills for communicating your message clearly, and learn to discriminate between aggressive, passive, and assertive styles. You will also gain techniques for using assertiveness to confidently give feedback, set limits and handle conflict in any situation.
